Vêtue. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase,
and if you are not, we’re here to help.
Refunds
* Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect
it and notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of
the status of your refund.
* If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund
to your original payment method.
* Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund
to be processed and for the credit to be reflected in your account. The
exact processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
* If you haven’t received a refund, recheck
your bank account.
* Contact your credit card company;
it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is
often some processing time before a refund is posted.
* If you’ve done all this but still have
not received your refund, please get in touch with us at
support@energievetue.com.
Sale items
* Only regular-priced items may be
refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
* We only replace items if they are
defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an
email at support@energievetue.com
Gifts
* If the item was marked as a gift when
purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the
value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate
will be mailed to you.
* If the item wasn’t marked as a gift
when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give
to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out
about your return.
Shipping Return
* You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the
date you received it.
* Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
* Please include the original receipt or proof of
purchase with your return.
* To initiate a return, please contact our
customer support team at support@energievetue.com.
They will provide further instructions and a return shipping label, if
applicable.
* Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping
costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible
for return or refund, including:
* Items that have been used or
washed
* Items without original tags or
packaging
* Intimate apparel (e.g.,
underwear, swimwear) for sanitary reasons
* Items purchased during clearance
or final sale
